  • I used Cursor since January 2024. Never found a good alternative. I tried WindSurf, VS Code + Copilot, Zed, Kiro, and any other editor that was the hype of the day. Lately, I came back to @zeddotdev and now it's my main code editor. It's super fast and sleek. P.S: Not paid, j…

  • I tried it and it works 🥹 This makes me unbelievably happy, I switched to Windsurf after coding my whole life in JetBrains IDEs, just because the AI stuff from JetBrains isn't as good. You made me very, very happy @windsurf_ai 🙏🏼 https://t.co/zca5RhA7c0

Windsurf Cascade is the first agent that doesn’t feel like it is visiting my editor. Context pickup is fast. Multi-file edits stay coherent. I can keep writing while it proposes the surrounding changes instead of dumping me into a separate chat tab and killing flow. That sounds…

  • Today I tried out Codeium’s new IDE, Windsurf. I’ve been using Cursor for the last few months, and Copilot prior to Cursor. My thoughts: Cursor Tab > Codeium autocomplete Cursor Tab feels faster and more accurate than Codeium. The next line prediction is nice, and it seems to…

  • I’ve been using @windsurf_ai and absolutely love it. I tried Cursor before but just couldn’t get into it. With Windsurf I love the Chat experience, seeing diffs, accepting the inline terminal commands and the overall look and feel. Coding has become addictive again.

  • Been using Windsurf AI Code Editor for a month - total game-changer! Seamless AI flows, instant code suggestions, and Cascade chat keep me in the zone. Multi-file edits and smart debugging make coding faster and smarter. Highly recommend! #Windsurf #AI #CodeEditor #AshwiniDev

  • I use WindSurf editor but still keeping Code-Insiders. I used to use @SupermavenAI for the VSCode. But now not sure if Supermaven itself is still in a good focus after they joined Cursor some months ago. Not sure if RooCode is stable enough. So, considering GitHub copilot now.

  • I've been using AI coding products like Cursor and Windsurf for weeks now, and they're truly amazing! Even with zero coding experience, you can build your own products. But does this mean learning to code is obsolete? 🤔 Not really. When I used them for programming languages I w…
